The fifth and final Ashes Test between Australia and England will commence on January 14 (Friday) at the Bellerive Oval, Hobart. With the series already done and dusted, the visitors will look to end the series with at least one win under their belt.
Australia captain Pat Cummins has revealed Australia will tinker with its opening pair to face England in the 5th and final Ashes Test, with Marcus Harris left out in favour of Usman Khawaja. Travis Head also makes his return after missing the Sydney Test with COVID-19, while the makeup of the bowling attack is yet to be decided.
England, on the other hand, are also likely to make a few changes. Jos Buttler has returned home with an injury that troubled him in the fourth Test. James Anderson, who has played the last three Tests, could miss out with Chris Woakes an option to come in while Haseeb Hameed’s poor form is likely to cost him his place at the top of the order.
