12. Pat Cummins
Pat Cummins is another dangerous bowler in the current Australian squad. He made his test debut for Australia against South Africa in 2011. His ability to bowl quick and surprise the batsmen makes him a decent bowler.
He has played a total of 14 test matches ( 22 innings) and taken 66 wickets. Cummins has 5 wickets in a match twice and 4 wickets haul 6 times. In the 2017/18 Ashes series, the fast bowler was the top wicket-taker with 23 wickets and ripped the England batting line up. Cummins played his last test match in 2018 against South Africa. He has taken 30 wickets from 5 matches ( 10 innings) in test matches during 2018.
Cummins along with Starc, Hazlewood and Lyon would pose a major threat. If Australia is to win the test series, Cummins needs to play a major role.
