Former Pakistan fast bowler Aaqib Javed has made some serious claims and said that some Pakistan players are better in terms of consistency and quality over Indian players. India and Pakistan is a rivalry that unites fans from all around the world.

The fans of these two countries always compare their players with the opposition. Two of the most heated battles are Virat Kohli and Babar Azam and Jasprit Bumrah and Shaheen Afridi. Aaqib Javed has claimed that the Pakistani duo is better than the Indian duo and given his reasons for this bold claim.
Aaqib Javed said: “Now I think Babar is ahead. He [Kohli] had his peak but now going down. But Babar, on the other hand, is going up,” the 49-year-old was quoted by Cricket Pakistan. Azam is currently the top-ranked batter in the ODI and T20I format in the ICC Rankings. His performance in the longest format of the game has helped him make a place in the top-five Test batters list.”
Javed also added: “I now think that Shaheen is better than Bumrah because when Shaheen came into the international circuit Bumrah had already established himself and the critics used to say that Bumrah is doing well in Tests, T20Is, and so but now Shaheen has proved he is even better and has more capacity than Bumrah.”
Jasprit Bumrah and Virat Kohli are going through a very lean phase but are still scoring those important runs and taking those crucial wickets without having that big contribution. The expectations from the Indian duo are such that there small contributions that help the side a lot are considered as failures. The Pakistani duo on the other hand have been lethal and have been fiery during the last year in all the aspects of the game.
Only an India and Pakistan match can solve all these battles and we might see one again real soon either in the Asia Cup or the upcoming T20 World Cup in Australia.
