Bangladesh fans hacked the official website of Indian skipper Virat Kohli today. The ‘cyber attacattack’ came after the controversial stumping call of Liton Das who was on a song in the Asia cup final.
A message was displayed on the home page of the website with a message to ICC and Virat. It is to be noted that Virat wasn’t a part of the series as he was raking sometime off the game. The group named themselves ‘Cyber Security and Intelligence’ had several questions posted on it questioning the integrity of umpires in the game.
Liton Das ripped apart Indian bowling attack as he scored a maiden international century in the process. However, a close dismissal from Dhoni showed three reds as he walked back to the hut.
Bangladeshi fans had a dig towards ICC and Indian players after a controversial no-ball to Rohit in the Quarterfinals of the 2015 world cup. But this is the first instance when they hacked the website of a player.
There aren’t any messages from Virat and his team regarding this and further proceedings from their side is expected at the earliest.
