The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Annual Player Contracts for Team India (Senior Women) for the 2024-25 season, which runs from October 1st, 2024, to September 30th, 2025. The contracts have been awarded to 16 players, who have been categorized into three grades – A, B, and C.

The Grade A category includes three players—Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, and Deepti Sharma. These players have been consistent performers for the Indian women’s team and have played a crucial role in the team’s success in recent years. The Grade B category includes four players—Renuka Thakur, Jemimah Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh, and Shafali Verma. These players have also been impressive in their performances and have shown great growth potential.

BCCI Annual Player Contracts: A Boost to Women’s Cricket
