In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, there is lockdown across the globe and people are asked to self-isolate themselves to contain the spread of the deadly virus. The cricketers seem to be enjoying the uncalled break very much engaging with fans and followers on social media apart from raising awareness.

Former Australia spinner Brad Hogg, who is known for being active on social media platforms recently conducted a question-answer session with his fans from his official Twitter handle. He answered questions on various topics who received plenty of questions from the fans of the Indian contingent.

Out of all, a fan asked Hogg to pick one between England’s Ben Stokes and India’s Hardik Pandya as the best all-rounder. While Stokes has had a spectacular year winning the ICC World Cup 2019 for his country at home and then helping his side to finish Ashes 2019 on level terms.

On the other hand, Hardik Pandya is yet to offer consistency for the national team. The flamboyant all-rounder has been out of action for almost six months and is awaiting a return to the cricket field. He was named in the ODI squad against South Africa which was called off amid COVID-19 outbreak.

Brad Hogg picked Ben Stokes ahead of Pandya as the better all-rounder. The former Aussie cricket further opined that despite having the potential Hardik Pandya is yet to showcase his talent to leave Stokes behind.

“@Brad_Hogg Who is better as an All-rounder, Hardik Pandya or Ben Stokes??” a fan asked. 

“I have to go with the Englishman on this one. Hardik has huge potential, but hasn’t played enough international cricket to challenge Stokes as the all-rounder of my world XI,” Brad Hogg replied.

Both the cricketers will be next eyeing the ICC T20 World Cup 2020 next which is scheduled to take place in Australia later this year. However, with COVID-19 showing no signs of improvement, the future of the global event gloomy.
