The Australian all-rounder Cameron Green was picked by the Mumbai Indians (MI) auction that took place at Kochi on 23 December. With Kieron Pollard announcing retirement, MI franchise decided to pick him at a whopping INR 17.25 Crore.

Mumbai Indians look like a solid unit with the likes of Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Surya Kumar Yadav, Dewald Brevis, Tim David, and Tilak Verma. Cameron Green will be a welcome addition for 5-time Champion. He will be value player as he can has the ability to smash the bowling while he can create an impact with the ball on pitches like Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.

Cameron Green has been a great addition for Mumbai Indians that can create an impact with his bowling and explosive batting lower down the order or depending on the situation. The all-rounder was bought in set 2 for all-rounders. He has featured for Australia in the T20I series against India and did a superb job opening the innings.
