We often see injuries on the sports field and cricket is no exception either as well. However, one such incident happened recently where Sri Lankan cricketer Chamika Karunaratne was seen with multiple broken teeth.
However, it happened while fielding during the fourth match of the ongoing Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2022 between Kandy Falcons and Galle Gladiators on Wednesday, December 7. He got injured and ended up losing four of his teeth after the ball struck him hard on the face while attempting a catch as well.
Meanwhile, as per the reports, Chamika Karunaratne was admitted to a private hospital in Galle for immediate surgery. However, “Kandy Falcons Team Director said Chamika is stable and will be available for the Kandy stage,” according to Daily Mirror Online.
