Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli was dismissed early against the Rajasthan Royals at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Qualifier 2 of the Indian Premier League. He was caught on seven runs in the second over of the innings.
Virat Kohli opened the innings along with skipper Faf Du Plessis. In the first over, he slammed a brilliant six off Trent Boult over the deep square leg fence. However, Kohli’s stay at the crease ended soon, as he edged one to Sanju Samson. In the second over, Prasidh Krishna bowled a wide of the off-stump ball, which bounced and took a healthy edge. The wicket-keeper did the rest to send Virat back in the hut.
A huge early success with the ball for @rajasthanroyals! 👏 👏@prasidh43 strikes as captain @IamSanjuSamson takes the catch. 👍 👍#RCB lose Virat Kohli.
