The Bhosale Cricket Academy were crowned inaugural champions in the under-12 category of the Cricfit Premier League (CPL) as they defeated Swami Vivekananda International School by 4 runs in an absolute nail-biting finale. The Final was played at the Thakur Cricket Stadium in Kandivali where it was Ayush Shinde’s heroics with the ball that helped Bhosale Cricket Academy avenge the Swami Vivekananda International School.

It all started at the toss as Bhosale Cricket Academy won the toss and elected to bat. Arya Karle and Aditya Jaiswal were the only ones who reached double figures as they were bundled out for 95 with Arnav Lad being the pick of the bowlers for Swami Vivekananda International School as he finished with 3 wickets in his 5 over spell which included 2 maidens.

Ayush Shinde’s 3-fer seals it for Bhosale Cricket Academy in CPL

In the aftermath, Harsh Parwani and Viren Jadhav were amongst the runs for Swami Vivekananda International School as they scored 24 and 19 respectively. The chasing side was bundled out for 91 runs with 1 ball to spare in the innings as Bhosale Cricket Academy were crowned champions in the under-12 category.

Ayush Shinde led the charge with the ball as picked up 3 wickets in his 17 ball spell at the cost of just 11 runs.
