Hardik Pandya; the ace all-rounder of Indian National Cricket Team and Mumbai Indians turned 27 on October 11 (Sunday). From Virat Kohli to his brother Krunal Pandya, many cricketers took to social media to wish the flamboyant all-rounder.
Ever since he bursts on to the scene in the IPL playing for Mumbai Indians, Hardik Pandya has never looked back. The all-rounder from Baroda has gained rapid strides in the last few years and his stocks have also gone higher. Currently, Hardik is the best all-rounder in the country.
So far, he has played 11 Tests, 40 ODIs, and 54 T20Is for the Men in Blues and has won many games with his hard-hitting and medium pace. However, Hardik Pandya had a difficult couple of years owing to back injury and underwent surgery last year.
Hardik Pandya celebrates 27th birthday
He missed most part of the cricket in 2019 and returned to action during India’s series against South Africa, which was called off owing to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. He currently a part of the Mumbai Indians squad, who is aiming to defend their IPL title in the UAE.
Hardik Pandya has already had a couple of significant performances and will hope to keep up the excellent job. The 27-year-old will be in action later tonight when Mumbai lock horns with Delhi Capitals to go on top of the points table. Hardik will have an opportunity to give a return gift hitting some big shots and lifting his side to the top of the chart.
