The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) shared an image of their former captain and iconic wicketkeeper-batter, MS Dhoni, on their official social media account, featuring a caption with a touch of Morse code. Dhoni and CSK are set to kick off their campaign on Sunday, March 23, against the Mumbai Indians in Chennai.
Ahead of the season, Dhoni was spotted wearing a t-shirt with a Morse code message upon his arrival in Chennai for practice. The message, which translated to “One Last Time,” sparked widespread discussion online. Building on that theme, CSK posted an image of him with a caption that read:
“#7 IN THE HOUSE! 💛💛💛💛💛 – …. .- .-.. .- /.–. — .-.. .-/…- .- .-. ..- — .-“

CSK aims to secure their sixth championship this season
The Chennai Super Kings are among the most successful franchises in IPL history, alongside the Mumbai Indians, with both teams having won the title five times. However, CSK missed out on the playoffs last season after losing their final league-stage match to Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).
With a few new additions to the squad this year, CSK will be hoping to build a strong unit and compete for the title once again. Led by Ruturaj Gaikwad, they will kick off their campaign against the Mumbai Indians at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday, March 23.
CSK squad for IPL 2025
Ruturaj Gaikwad (c), MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Shivam Dube, Matheesha Pathirana, Noor Ahmad, Ravichandran Ashwin, Devon Conway, Syed Khaleel Ahmed, Rachin Ravindra, Rahul Tripathi, Vijay Shankar, Sam Curran, Shaik Rashid, Anshul Kamboj, Mukesh Choudhary, Deepak Hooda, Gurjanpreet Singh, Nathan Ellis, Jamie Overton, Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Ramakrishnan Ghosh, Shreyas Gopal, Vansh Bedi, Andre Siddarth.
