England fast bowler Stuart Broad found guilty of breaching the ICC code of conduct

The Indian Team is on a brink of a massive victory at Nottingham. The visitors need just one wicket to finish it off in style to mark their first test victory in the British land after five consecutive losses.

Stuart Broad, the English bowler has been charged 15% of his match fee for his use of “foul” language in the ongoing test. The 32-year-old was seen fuming at debutant Rishabh Pant after knocking down his stumps in the first innings.

He has also been awarded a demerit point for his on-field behaviour as he breached the ICC code of conduct. The charges were laid by umpires Marais Erasmus and Chris Gaffney and Broad admitted to his mistake hence, a formal hearing wasn”t required.

It is to be noted that Nottingham is his home ground and Broad has several memories in this very ground when he achieved his career best of 8/15 against Australia in the Ashes 2015.

All eyes will be on the Indian side who are sweating out hard to clinch the final wicket and show their class as the number one test side in the World.
