Veteran cricketer Amit Mishra has been one of the most active cricketers on social media. He is also among the few cricketers who interact with fans across social media platforms.
Recently, Mishra fulfilled a fan’s wish and provided him with monetary help to take his girlfriend for a ride. A user asked Mishra for Rs 300 recently. Amit Mishra showed a big heart and instead sent Rs 500 to the fan’s account.

Amit Mishra last played for Team India in 2017. His last Test appearance came in the famous Chennai Test against England while his last ODI game was against New Zealand in 2016. His previous T20I appearance came against England in 2017.
He was an integral part of IPL after being dropped and plied his trade for Delhi Capitals from 2018 to 2021. He went unsold in the IPL 2022 mega auction. He hasn’t retired from competitive cricket and might be seen in action for Haryana in domestic cricket.

The second T20I between India and South Africa is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 2, in Guwahati.
