Glenn Maxwell was spotted along with his Victorian side practicing at the MCG today. It is to be noted that this is his first appearance with teammates since October.
Maxwell took a short break from the game due to Mental illness and this made him far from Pakistan series as well. Following him, cricketers Nic Maddinson and Will Pucovski have also reported of illness. However, the latter two returned to the Victorian side last week and made stellar knocks.
He enjoyed a complete hit-out session at the MCG with his teammates this morning. Victoria will be facing the Western Australian side on Saturday as a part of the Sheffield Shield tournament. But, Maxwell hasn”t been named in the squad.
Maxwell”s participation in BBL hasn”t been so sure till now. Speaking on the same, his teammate Marcus Harris said to The Guardian,” I think he is doing everything he needs to do, I am not sure if it is this week or BBL.”

In the recently released IPL draft, Maxwell set his base price to 2 crores. He wasn”t a part of the last edition as he stepped back on the account of World Cup.
