Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh and veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh have urged the people to donate to legendary Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi’s ‘SA Foundation’ in the fight against pandemic coronavirus which has taken a lot of lives in the entire world.

Notably, Afridi has been busy helping the poor in his country suffering amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.  As the founder of the Shahid Afridi Foundation, the 40-year-old has been donating food, disinfectant soap, masks and other amenities to the needy in Pakistan.

However, both Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh received a good bashing from the fans on social media for urging to help Pakistan. Incidentally, the relation between the two countries have hit an all-time low in recent times and people from both sides of the border have engaged in verbal battles time and again.

A couple of days after Harbhajan has hit back at the trolls stating that humanity comes much before than religion and caste. The veteran off-spinner once again made an inclusive appeal to the fans to stay home and stay safe in a bid to fight the deadly coronavirus pandemic which has cost many lives across the world.

“No religion, no cast, only humanity..that’s what it is.. stay safe stay home..spread love not hate or virus.. let’s pray for every single one.. May waheguru bless us all,” Harbhajan tweeted.

Since it broke out in China, the COVID-19 has taken away more than 42000 lives. China, Spain, Italy, and the United States of America are the most affected places in the world. In India also there have been more than 1000 positive cases registered with the death toll touching almost 50.
