Star all-rounder Hardik Pandya shared heartfelt moments with fashion model Mahieka Sharma while continuing his recovery ahead of the upcoming ODI series against South Africa. India will face the Proteas in a three-match series starting November 30. Pandya uploaded multiple photos and videos to his Instagram account.
Some images showed him working on both batting and bowling in open-net sessions, along with clips of him training, suggesting he is close to regaining full fitness. The post also featured videos of Hardik and Mahieka taking part in a traditional Hindu fire ritual, dressed in ethnic wear and chanting mantras.
He further shared gym photos with her, ending the post with a sweet snapshot of him lifting Mahieka in a playful moment. Additionally, Hardik Pandya shared heartwarming photos with his son Agastya during his training session. In one of the shots, he is seen embracing his son on the ground while still wearing his batting pads.

After the ODI series, India are scheduled to take on South Africa in a five-match T20I contest starting December 9. Pandya is likely to regain full fitness ahead of the white-ball fixtures.
Hardik Pandya Sustains Quadriceps Injury During Asia Cup 2025
Hardik Pandya picked up a left quadriceps injury during India’s group-stage clash against Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup 2025. The setback forced him to miss the final against Pakistan, although he had already played an important part in India’s successful campaign. The injury also sidelined him from the white-ball series in Australia.
The all-rounder is currently undergoing a four-week rehabilitation program at the BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru. He is expected to complete his recovery in time and be available for the home limited-overs series against South Africa.
Since making his international debut in 2016, Hardik has become a key figure in India’s white-ball cricket, having represented the country in 94 ODIs and 120 T20Is to date.
