Vijay Shankar, MS Dhoni are the options for number 4 positions. Dhoni has the experience of playing international cricket for a long time and could provide the solution if the top order fails.
Depending upon the situations, Vijay Shankar or Dinesh could also be number 4 positions. Kedar Jadhav would come at number 5 and provide explosive endings for the team which could help Team India excel in the death overs.
Dinesh Karthik could be given a finishers role in the upcoming World Cup 2019. He was given a chance in the ODI series against Australia but will play important part.
