Here”s Full Schedule of ICC Cricket World Cup 2018 qualifiers

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2018 qualifiers schedule has been announced to be played from 4th March to 25th March. Hosts England and 7 other teams already qualified directly for ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.

West Indies, Afghanistan, Ireland, Zimbabwe did not qualify directly for World Cup 2019 as we”re not there in the top 8 of ICC rankings until 30th September 2017. Other four sides will be Hong Kong, Scotland, Scotland and PNG.

Other two spots for ICC Cricket World Cup 2018 qualifiers would be decided from 8th– 15th February. Canada, Kenya, Namibia, Nepal, Oman, and UAE will fight out in ICC World Cricket League division two.

The teams have been divided into two groups. In Group A, PNG, Ireland, Netherlands, West Indies and winner of ICC World Cricket League division two tournaments. The second group comprises of Zimbabwe, Scotland, Afghanistan, Hong Kong and winner runners of ICC World Cricket League Division 2.

Group A

West Indies (A1), Ireland (A2), Netherlands (A3) , PNG (A4), ICC World Cricket League Division Two winner (A5)

Group B

Afghanistan (B1), Zimbabwe (B2), Scotland (B3), Hong Kong (B4), ICC World Cricket League Division Two runners-up (B5)

In this tournament, one team plays each other in their group once with top 3 teams in both groups qualifying for the Super Six stage. The teams which reach the finals would qualify for ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 to be held in England.
