Here’s the Full List of Uncapped Indians who made it big in IPL Auction 2018

IPL has been a platform for many uncapped players to get trained by legends and make it to the national squad. Ajinkya Rahane, Shreyas Iyer, Pant, Samson are few examples of the same.

This IPL auction is no exception. Many uncapped Indian players and U19 players were sold in crores thus providing them an opportunity to showcase their talent in the shortest format of the game.

Rahul Tewatia, who represented Kxip in the past was bought by DD for an amount of 3 crores. Similarly, the find of IPL 2017 Nitish Rana was bought by KKR for 3.4 crores.

Rahul Tripathi who smashed the bowlers into the nook and corners of the ground will represent RR.  He will probably open the innings with Rahane, his ex RPSG opening partner.

Suryakumar Yadav who was the vice-captain for KKR last year was bought by MI for 3.2 crores.

Prithvi Shaw, the young sensation will now be coached by Ricky Ponting and what an experience will it be for the promising youngster.  He was roped into the DD squad for 1.2 crore.

Rising stars from U19 WC Kamlesh Nagarkoti and Shubman Gill were bought by KKR accounting for 5 crores

Ankit Rajpoot and Ishan Kishan were no exception. They were sold for an amount of 3 crores and 6.2 crores to KXIP and Mumbai Indians. Ishan Kishan who proved his hitting skills down the order, last year for GL will have to play a major role in the MI who is still in search of a good wicket keeper.

Sarfaraz Khan and Deepak Hooda who were retained by their respective franchise will be the players to watch out for this Ipl 2018.

Needless to say, these youngsters will represent India in near future and IPL is really proving to be a platform to achieve their dreams. This will boost their confidence and the onus is on them to reflect their quality performances on the field.
