ICC Announces Prize Money For The ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced a whopping 53% increase in the prize money pool for the upcoming Champions Trophy. The overall prize pool will swell into a substantial amount, which shall be awarded to the winner with an amount of USD 2.24 million.

Significant adjustments have been made by the ICC regarding prize money in the Champions Trophy; every group stage winning team would pocket more than $34,000 (INR 30 lakh). The fifth or sixth position will earn a prize of $350,000 each (INR 3 crore), while the seventh and eighth place will be awarded $140,000 (INR 1.2 crore) each.

All these awards are in addition to the $125,000 received by the 8 participating countries as guaranteed participation fees, making the tournament praiseworthy for all teams.
