Klaasen will be up against Mustafizur Rahman in the game. The duo hasn’t faced each other in One-Day Internationals yet. They have only played one T20 match against each other, where Rahman dismissed him on the very first delivery.
#Mushfiqur Rahim vs Kagiso Rabada
Bangladesh batter Mushfiqur Rahim is their leading run-scorer in the tournament. He has scored 157 runs in four innings, at an average of 52.33, including two fifties. He has faced Kagiso Rabada on six occasions in One-Day Internationals. However, he hasn’t been able to score much runs. Rahim has only scored 26 runs off 46 deliveries, at a strike rate of 56.5, without getting dismissed. It will be interesting to see the battle between the two players.
Quinton de Kock vs Shakib Al Hasan
Bangladesh will be wary of the Quinton de Kock threat in the upcoming match of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023. The South African opener has been in terrific form in the tournament, scoring 233 runs in four innings. He has slammed two centuries so far in the championship. Bangladesh will back on Shakib Al Hasan to counter the in-form batter. Shakib is likely to come back for the match after injury. He has dismissed Quinton de Kock twice previously.
