Australian opener David Warner experienced a delightful reunion with his beloved Hyderabad fans during the World Cup warm-up match against Pakistan at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on October 3.

Australia, batting first, posted an imposing total of 351/7 in 50 overs. Warner, who had been in good form during the Indian ODI series, provided a quick start by scoring 48 runs from 33 balls. Additionally, he bowled two overs in the second innings, conceding 41 runs.

During the second innings while fielding, David Warner delighted his Hyderabad fans by performing his signature dance moves when a song from the movie “Pushpa” was played at the stadium.

David Warner is ready to take part in his third ODI World Cup

David Warner is poised to participate in the ODI World Cup for the third time in his career. His World Cup journey commenced in 2015, where he clinched the trophy on his first attempt while playing at home.

Throughout his 18 World Cup matches, David Warner has notched up an impressive total of 992 runs, maintaining an average of 62. This includes three half-centuries and four centuries.
