His workout starts with cardio exercises for 20 minutes. Then he goes for stretches to cool his body down. The next on the list is ab workouts. After that, he goes for jogging for 40 mins and in the end, he does weight training. He works out for 2 hours every day.
Diet Plan
Unlike many others, Sonu is a vegetarian. His diet is protein oriented and consumes lots of grains and lentils. His breakfast includes 8-egg omelets. His lunch is just like a normal Indian which contains Dal, roti, sabzi. He eats Brown Bread Sandwich for evening snacks. He prefers soups, salads, vegetables, and chapatis for dinner. He is a teetotaller and non-smoker.

His Instagram account is full of photos in the gym. In the pics posted in recent times, he is seen sweating out in the gym with his trainers. In one pic he is seen showing his gymnastic skills in New York. Sonu maintains a tough regime to keep his fitness levels high.
