ILT20: [WATCH] Wanindu Hasaranga Gets Into A Heated Argument With MI Emirates’ Waqar Salamkheil After Losing His Wicket

Two prominent Asian spinners, Wanindu Hasaranga and Waqar Salamkheil, engaged in a heated exchange during the International League T20 match between Desert Vipers and MI Emirates on Sunday, February 4. This incident unfolded in the seventh over of the Vipers’ innings at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium.

Salamkheil bowled the first over after the powerplay, dismissing Wanindu Hasaranga caught behind on the final ball. Celebrating his success, Salamkheil’s actions displeased Hasaranga, who took exception to the bowler’s jubilation after losing his wicket.

Before heading to the dressing room, Hasaranga shared an intense look with Salamkheil and exchanged a few words. Commentators expressed the view that the celebrations of the MI Emirates bowler were deemed excessive.
