Team India cricketers were seen chilling on the Miami beach in the United States of America (USA) ahead of the fourth and fifth T20I against the West Indies scheduled to take place on August 5 and 6. The tourists currently lead the five-match series 2-1 and will hope to wrap up the series in the next game.

While a majority of Indian players are yet to reach the United States, a few like Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav and Shreyas Iyer have landed in Miami already and, ahead of resuming the battle on the cricket field, they decided to have some off time on the beaches of the city.

Suryakumar posted several pictures from the time they had on the beaches on their Instagram stories. The trio was seen completely decked up in beach gear and had spent almost three hours at the beach.

Apart from these three Kuldeep Yadav, Ravi Bishnoi and Arshdeep Singh also used their social media accounts to share posts from the fun they had in Miami beaches.

Rohit Sharma Provides Update On His Back Injury

Team India captain Rohit Sharma shared an injury update he suffered during the third T20I against West Indies on Tuesday, August 3 at Warner Park in St Kitts. Rohit suffered a back spasm while batting in the third T20I and couldn’t continue with his batting.

The Mumbai-born cricketer is hopeful that he will be available for selection for the next game on August 6. Speaking at the post-match presentation ceremony, Rohit said, “It’s okay at the moment. We’ve got a few days till the next game, hopefully it should be okay (his injury).

Rohit Sharma has a long history with back injuries, which has troubled him a lot in the past. India will hope that the injury is not too serious, given that the ICC T20 World Cup is lined up in a few months’ time in Australia.
