Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was seen bowling leg-spin during India’s training session ahead of the third T20I against Australia that is set to take place on Tuesday, November 28 at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati. He has been impressive in the ongoing T20I series, with his aggressive approach at the top of the order.

In a video shared by Yashasvi Jaiswal on Instagram, the left-hander is bowling leg-spin during the practice session. He has been an all-rounder in age-group cricket for Mumbai. He has bowled for India in T20Is. Ahead of the third T20I, Jaiswal was seen working on his leg-spin talent. Sharing the video on Instagram, the Indian youngster wrote,

“Love putting in the effort with the ball 💪”

Was trying to be fearless: Yashasvi Jaiswal

Yashasvi Jaiswal earned the Man of the Match award for India in the second T20I against Australia on Sunday, November 26 in Thiruvananthapuram. He scored a blazing 53 runs off 25 deliveries at a strike rate of 212. He slammed nine boundaries and two sixes in the innings. Jaiswal also played a fine knock in the first match, scoring 21 runs from eight deliveries.

Speaking about his performance at the presentation ceremony, Yashasvi Jaiswal said,

“It was really special for me. I was trying to play all my shots. Was trying to be fearless. I was sure of my decisions. Have been told by Surya bhai and VVS sir to go and play freely. I have been asked to express myself. For me, what I think I can develop and not think about anything else.”

Team India is 2-0 up in the five-match T20I series against Australia. They defeated the visitors by two wickets in the first match, followed by a 44-run win in the second.
