Team India will lock horns with England in the rescheduled fifth Test at Edgbaston in Birmingham, which starts on July 1 (Friday). The rising team lead the series 2-1 and a draw is enough for the team to win its fourth series on English soil. If they manage to win the series, this will be their first series victory on England soil since 2007 when they achieved the feat under Rahul Dravid.
Meanwhile, India will miss the service of their regular skipper Rohit Sharma, who has tested positive for COVID-19. Vice-captain KL Rahul has also been ruled out of the clash after he suffered a groin injury leading upto the T20Is against South Africa. Leading pace bowler Jasprit Bumrah will captain the side in their absence, while Rishabh Pant will be his deputy.
