Team India will tour Bangladesh for the Test and 50-over format to be played in December. They will visit Bangladesh after quite some time. The series comprises two Test matches and three One-day international matches, starting on 4th December 2022.
The Indian team will take on Bangladesh in three ODIs starting on December 4. It will be not a part of the ICC ODI Super League tournament.
The two Tests will be a part of the 2021-23 ICC Test Championship Cycle. Indian team needs to gather points as they are at the No.3 spot in the points table. Runners-up of the 2019-21 cycle, India will look to show domination against Bangla Tigers and be in contention for the finals in this year’s cycle.
Indian team has performed brilliantly recently and would be looking to make amends. They need to play aggressive cricket in both Test matches making sure that they do not drop points. The first Test match will be played on 14th December at Chattagroam and the second match to be played on 22nd December at Mirpur, Dhaka.

The three ODI matches will be played at Sher E Bangla Stadium, Mirpur. India and Bangladesh faced each other in 2019 on Indian soil during two Test matches in Indore and then the historic Pink Ball Test match at Kolkata.
It promises to be an exciting series as the Indian team would look to give chances for domestic players to perform well. Team India will look to dominate the Bangladesh Tigers as they have struggled in the longer format and show their abilities in the ODI format.
The Men in Blue has been on a rise with some performances in recent times and look to continue their impressive run during this tournament.
