India produced another dominating display in the third One-day International at Indore beating Australia by 5 wickets to continue their excellent form. They will face Australia in the fourth One-day international to be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru tomorrow.

The third saw a great performance by the Indian bowlers who came back well after Australia were 224 for 1 in the 38th over. Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav were smashed by Aaron Finch and Steve Smith. Kuldeep Yadav took 2 important wickets of centurion Aaron Finch, captain Steve Smith which changed the course of the game. In the death overs, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah did not allow Australian batsmen to score runs easily. Australia could only score 293.

In the batting department, Rohit Sharma and Rahane added 139 runs for the first wicket. Hardik Pandya was promoted to number 4 who played a match-winning knock of 78. The hard-hitting all-rounder smashed Ashton Agar and gave respect to the pace bowlers. Manish Pandey also played a good knock of 36 in 32 not out. India won the match by 5 wickets which helped Men in Blue to become the number 1 ranked side in One-day international cricket also. It was a great performance by team India who outplayed Australia in all parts.

Australia again did not play their best cricket in the third One-day International. Aaron Finch who made a comeback in 3rd ODI at Indore played a brilliant knock of 124. Steve Smith also contributed 63 while David Warner scored 42 runs. Despite being 224 for 1 in 38th over, the rest of batting order failed and was not able to score a challenging total for a strong Indian batting lineup. Australia bowling also could stop the run flow as Steve Smith captaincy was poor which let Indian batting to dominate.

With the fourth One-day International to be played at Bengaluru, it promises to be the good pitch which could be helpful batsmen and bowlers. Last time, India played Australia in Bengaluru, Rohit Sharma scored a double century. India might play Mohammed Shami or Umesh Yadav replacing Bhuvneshwar Kumar while KL Rahul could also play in the XI. India has played great cricket in the series. Virat Kohli would be looking to continue their winning streak and remain number 1 ODI side.

Ashton Agar has been ruled out of the 2 ODI matches due to an injury. Adam Zampa would be the replacement for Agar. Australia has to play their best cricket if they have to defeat this Indian ODI team who are looking in great form.

Glenn Maxwell, Travis Head and the lower order batsmen need to contribute if they have to post a big total against this Indian team.
