INDvSL : BCCI announces squad for the first two Tests; Full squad Here

The All-India Senior Selection Committee has picked the India Cricket Team for the first two Tests of the three-match series against Sri Lanka. Ajinkya Rahane named as the vice-captain in the test series against Sri Lanka.

Murali Vijay makes a comeback to the India Test squad. His Last Test appearance was against Australia earlier this year. Selectors included Ishant Sharma in the 16-member squad.

BCCI also announced the Indian Board President”s XI squad for the warm-up match against Sri Lanka. Naman Ojha will lead Board President”s XI for the two-day warm-up game on 11th November at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

The Test series begin from 16th November at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, followed by the second Test from November 24-28 at the VCA stadium in Nagpur & final Test will be played at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi from December 2-6.

Squad for first two Tests: Murali Vijay, KL Rahul, Shikhar Dhawan, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli (c), Ajinkya Rahane (vc), Hardik Pandya, Rohit Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha (wk), R Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Shami, Umesh Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Ishant Sharma.

BPXI squad: Naman Ojha (c & wk), Sanju Samson, Jiwanjot Singh, B Sandeep, Tanmay Agarwal, Abhishek Gupta, Rohan Prem, Akash Bhandari, Jalaj Saxena, CV Milind, Avesh Khan, Sandeep Warrier, Ravi Kiran.
