At the age of 18 years and 329 days, Prithvi Shaw will be the 293rd player to represent the longest format of the game. As Dhawan and Vijay are out of the side, KL Rahul is expected to open with the debutant.
Shardul Thakur also found his name in the squad but there isn”t any information regarding his inclusion in playing XI. Remaining members include the regulars Pujara, Rahane, Ashwin, Jadeja and the pacers.
