Delhi Daredevils 195 for 3 in 20 overs ( Jason Roy 91*, Pant 47, Krunal Pandya 2/21) beat

Mumbai Indians  194 for 7 in 20 overs ( Surya Kumar Yadav 53, Evin Lewis 48, Ishan Kishan 44, R Tewatia 2/36, Trent Boult 2/39) by 7 wickets.

Captain Rohit Sharma said:  Credit to Jason Roy, was a chanceless inning, Very good start by our batsmen but could not make a big score. We are not consistent enough as to how to finish matches. There is room for improvement in fielding.

Captain Gambhir said: Shami, Boult, did a great job by restricting Mumbai Indians to just 194 after the way they started. We thought that they were 20-30 runs short. We are a dangerous side if we keep going like that.

Man of the match Jason Roy said: We came back together as a unit and showed what we are capable of. Was a good knock, the bowlers did a great job taking the game to the last ball. Most stadiums in India are good places to bat.

Mumbai Indians lost their third match in succession. Delhi Daredevils performed well as a unit and registered one of best chases.
