Youngsters have been the stars of the Indian Premier League (IPL). From Prithvi Shaw to Devdutt Padikkal and Chetan Sakariya, all these youngsters have been ruling the ground in the ongoing IPL 2021. The overseas players are too setting the bar high. However, some names go unnoticed in the IPL. The players with massive talents sometimes warm the bench.
Simultaneously some teams are succumbing to fragile line-ups. Rajasthan Royals are battered after some of their players backed out while a few players are out with injuries. Kolkata Knight Riders are also trying to figure out the right combinations.
Here are five players who can be traded to other teams to who they will contribute in the ongoing IPL 2021:
Narayan Jagadeesan
One name that is living under the shadow is Narayan Jagadeesan. The Tamil Nadu-based wicket-keeper has been consistent in scoring runs in domestic cricket.
Making his first-class debut for Tamil Nadu in 2016, Jagadeesan is now a key player for Tamil Nadu. He became the highest run-getter in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy with 364 runs in eight games. The keeper marked his IPL arrival last year for Chennai Super Kings. But did not play many games as the keeper’s slot is already booked. CSK got their motion back in the season; hence, MS Dhoni will seldom alter the combination.
He can be traded to the teams struggling to put together the perfect combination. Teams like SunRisers Hyderabad, Kolkata Knight Riders can give the platform.
