Chennai Super Kings bowler Mukesh Choudhary has made his mark in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season. He has impressed everyone with his left-arm pace bowling, and ability to swing the ball.

Mukesh has been the second leading wicket-taker for the Chennai Super Kings this season. He has scalped 11 wickets in eight matches at an average of 25.45. Recently, against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, the left-arm pacer took 4/46, to power Chennai to its third win of the tournament. Choudhary revealed that all-rounder Deepak Chahar called him after the game to praise his performance.

Deepak has been ruled out of the Indian Premier League 2022 season, due to injury. In his absence, Mukesh Choudhary has gotten a chance to take up the bowling duties for the franchise. Choudhary also revealed that he has been in constant touch with the Indian all-rounder.

“Deepak Bhai has played and performed for CSK for quite some time now. He is an amazing bowler. I am in touch with him regularly and he guides me a lot. He has told me how to analyze the situation and what to bowl in a particular situation. In the initial matches of the tournament, I did not do well. Deepak Bhai called and gave me tips,” Mukesh Choudhary said as quoted by the Times of India.
