CSK vs SRH Key Players Battle

At the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Friday, Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad will play in game 29 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023.

The four-time champions CSK have had a respectable start, winning three of their first five games. SRH has successfully rebounded after losing their opening two games (W2, L2).

These player battles are what one can expect to watch

1. Ruturaj Gaikwad Vs Bhuvneshwar Kumar

As the two open the proceedings in their respective departments, Bhuvneshwar Kumar will undoubtedly take on Ruturaj Gaikwad.
Despite playing in three IPL games, Bhuvneshwar has yet to get the CSK opener, but he has only allowed 21 runs off 22 balls.
Gaikwad has a 150.37 strike rate this year in powerplay overs.
In the history of the IPL, Bhuvneshwar has taken 60 powerplay wickets, which is notable.

2. Mayank Markande Vs Ravindra Jadeja

With six wickets taken in just three games this season, leg-spinner Mayank Markande has performed admirably.
Ravindra Jadeja can be challenging for him because he has trouble against left-handed batters. With regard to southpaws in the IPL, Markande has an impressive economy rate of 8/5.5.
Jadeja has surprisingly struggled against leggies in the IPL, as evidenced by his pitiful strike rate of 100/70 against them.

3. Tushar Deshpande Vs Harry Brook

Harry Brook, the IPL 2023’s first centurion, has some serious power in the extra innings. His 163-point strike rate in T20s is evidence that he likes to take on pacers. To send him at a low cost, Tushar Deshpande will try. Although the young pacer occasionally makes mistakes, Brook can be troubled by his pace and swing in the beginning.

4. Maheesh Theekshana Vs Aiden Markram

SRH captain Aiden Markram will be eager to make an impact in the upcoming match. Mahesh Theekshana would enjoy bowling in Chennai, but the Proteas player is capable of competing against him. Notably, Markram has not been dismissed once in 47 runs off 35 deliveries against the unidentified off-spinner in T20 matches.
Markram plays T20 cricket and has a respectable strike rate of 133.94 against spinners.
