Sunrisers won the 2016 IPL edition under the leadership of David Warner. David Warner has scored 306 runs in IPL 2023. The captain has led from the front for Delhi Capitals, but the results do not do justice to it.
Warner added to the Ashes and WTC Final squad
Warner was recently added to the Ashes Squad that will face England in June. He is also added to the World Test Championship Finals against India. World Test Championship starts shortly after the completion of IPL. Warner failed in the Border Gavaskar Trophy and faced constant criticism from fans.
He will look to turn the criticism into applause in the finals. Warner will hope to make it big against India in the World Test Championship finals. But before all that, he will try to take Delhi Capitals to the playoffs and hopefully win the Cup.
