At Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Delhi Capitals (DC) are competing in the 34th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023.
Washington Sundar, an all-rounder for Sunrisers Hyderabad did not perform well for his team in either bowling or batting during the first six games. But in the current game, he struck out three DC batters in a single over.

Washington Sundar stunned David Warner and his team by taking 3 wickets against Delhi Capitals in a single over. Sundar launched his assault after Delhi had lost two wickets for a total of 57 runs.
At the crease was DC captain David Warner, whose bat was one of the best in the league. However, Sundar was the first to calm down his bat which was making him less dangerous against Hyderabad.
Harry Brook caught Warner off guard on the second ball of Washington Sundar’s eighth over, which was Sundar’s first wicket. Only 21 runs were produced by Warner.
Sarfaraz Khan was out for 10 runs after being caught by Bhuvneshwar Kumar off the fourth ball of the over. On the final ball of his over, Sundar caught Aman Khan for 4 runs by Abhishek Sharma.
In an amazing over, Sundar broke Delhi’s defences by taking 3 wickets for 5 runs. 3 wickets were taken by Washington Sundar for 28 runs in 4 overs. Sundar had not been successful in any of his previous six matches prior to this one.
The first ball Aman Khan faced while batting at position number six resulted in a boundary. On the very next ball, he did throw his wicket, though.
The young player charged down the field to play a big shot but failed to read the line and edged it into the air. Where Abhishek Sharma this time made the catch as Washington claimed his third victim.
