The Chennai Super Kings clinched the 2023 Indian Premier League title by defeating the Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Celebrations galore on the ground as they won the match by five wickets, to lift their fifth Indian Premier League title. The players celebrated the win with their teammates and their families at the stadium.

The Chennai Super Kings shared a video on social media from their celebrations. In the video, the players can be seen posing with the trophy and their families. They also danced in the dressing room to celebrate the victory. The players were singing “We the Chennai Boys, Making all the noise, Everywhere we go!”. They seemed to be in having the time of their life enjoying the glory of winning the 2023 Indian Premier League.

Greatest win in my career: Devon Conway

Chennai Super Kings opener Devon Conway won the Player of the Match award in the finals of the 2023 Indian Premier League. He scored 47 runs off 25 deliveries, chasing 170 runs (D/Ls). Ravindra Jadeja’s six and a boundary off the last two deliveries of the match powered them to their fifth title win. Conway finished the tournament as the leading run-scorer for the franchise. He slammed 672 runs at an average of 51.69, and strike rate of 139.70, with six fifties.

“Personally, is the greatest win in my career. IPL final doesn’t get bigger than that. Lot of credit to Mike Hussey, the fellow left-handed player. Nice to be in his shoes,” said the Chennai Super Kings opener after winning the 2023 Indian Premier League title.
