Renowned Indian actor and co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Shah Rukh Khan, engaged with the team’s players after their victory against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the ongoing IPL 2024 on April 14.

The franchise shared a video on social media, showcasing the light-hearted interactions. In the video, Shah Rukh can be seen reacting to Suyash Sharma’s recent haircut, where Sharma opted for a shorter style, departing from his usual long locks.

The film star jokingly expressed to his manager Pooja Dadlani that he wants to imitate Suyash’s fresh haircut. Shah Rukh humorously remarked:

“Pooja mujhe yeh wala haircut chahiye.”

Kolkata achieved the target of 162 set by LSG in only 15.4 overs, thanks to Philip Salt’s undefeated 89-run innings. Suyash Sharma did not participate in the game, and he has only played one match in IPL 2024. Sharma appeared in KKR’s first match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), where he bowled two overs without taking any wickets.

KKR will face RR at their home ground on Tuesday

Kolkata is gearing up to go head-to-head against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the 31st match of IPL 2024, scheduled to be held at Eden Gardens on Tuesday, April 16.

The team led by Shreyas Iyer has been displaying remarkable consistency throughout the current season. Having secured victory in four out of their initial five matches, they currently hold the second position in the points table, boasting a commendable net run rate of 1.688.

Rajasthan has also performed impressively, winning five out of six games and currently topping the IPL 2024 table with a net run rate of 0.767. In their league encounters, KKR and RR have clashed 28 times, with KKR winning 14 matches, RR securing 13 victories, and one game ending in a no result.
