With the beginning of the new IPL season, Royal Challengers Bengaluru once again entertained their fans through a humorous video featuring Danish Sait as Mr. Nags and star batter Virat Kohli.

These videos have become a fan-favorite tradition, showcasing light-hearted and witty conversations between the two. In the latest clip, they took part in a unique ‘guided meditation session’ which was filled with jokes, tricky questions, and friendly teasing.

Even as RCB made a strong start to the campaign, the duo didn’t hold back from laughing at their own past struggles. Virat Kohli openly joked about RCB’s inability to win a title for the last 17 years, and when Mr. Nags asked if it was finally safe to believe this could be their year, Kohli replied with a grin that with RCB, it’s “never safe,” though fans are free to believe what they want.

Virat Kohli Talks Social Media and Endorsements

During the session, Mr. Nags steered the conversation toward Kohli’s personal life, asking if his success in winning the Champions Trophy and T20 World Cup had increased the value of his brand endorsements. Kohli simply responded with a “Yes.” Mr. Nags then brought up Kohli’s decision to archive his old social media posts, to which Kohli replied that he is currently in a different space when it comes to social media.

He explained that he is not engaging much online and felt that a reset was necessary. He also added that while he is not very active at the moment, the future could be different. The interview, shared as part of the “RCB Insider” series, has quickly become one of the most anticipated videos of the IPL season, bringing fans closer to their favorite cricketer through humor and fun.

The Number 18 and RCB’s Hopes

As the conversation continued, Mr. Nags highlighted a curious coincidence — the number 18. Since the current IPL is the 18th edition and Kohli wears jersey number 18, some fans have taken it as a positive sign.

When asked if this was finally the year for RCB fans to believe in a title win, Kohli jokingly asked if they hadn’t been believing all these years. The session ended with more funny moments during their meditation routine, leaving fans in splits. Despite the jokes, the belief among supporters remains strong that this could finally be RCB’s year.
