Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal had a great outing for India in the recently concluded three-match ODI series against West Indies. He played a key role and was the second leading wicket-taker in the series. The spinner has rested for the ongoing five-match T20I series between India and West Indies. He is currently in London enjoying his break from the sport.

On Monday, Yuzvendra Chahal shared a picture with Jos Buttler on his social media profile. The duo played together this year for the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League 2022 season. They shared a great bond during the tournament and often posted pictures and videos together. Jos Buttler and Yuzvendra Chahal also played instrumental roles for their franchise in the IPL 2022 season.

Taking to Instagram, Yuzvendra Chahal, wrote, “Jab we met in London 🤝 #joshbhai“. The picture of the Rajasthan Royals duo has garnered lots of love from the fans. It has received over 60 thousand likes in about an hour and tons of comments from the fans.

Jos Buttler and Yuzvendra Chahal’s cracking performance in the IPL 2022 for the Rajasthan Royals

Jos Buttler and Yuzvendra Chahal lit up the Indian Premier League 2022 season with their outstanding performances. Buttler was the leading run-scorer in the tournament and earned the orange cap. He scored 863 runs in seventeen matches, at an average of 57.53 and a strike rate of 149.05. His run tally included four centuries and as many fifties in the season.

On the other hand, Yuzvendra Chahal won the Purple Cap as he finished the season as the leading wicket-taker. He picked 27 wickets in 17 matches, at an average of 19.51 and an economy rate of 7.75, including a five-wicket and a four-wicket haul in the season. The Rajasthan Royals reached the finals of the IPL 2022 tournament, on the back of the duo’s cracking performances. However, they lost to the Gujarat Titans and ended up as the runners-up of the season.
