Jasprit Bumrah Posts A Heartfelt Birthday Wish For Wife Sanjana Ganesan

Popular sports presenter and wife of India fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah – Sanjana Ganesan is celebrating her birthday today. Bumrah, who recently returned home after IPL 2021 got postponed in the wake of several COVID19 cases among the players and support staffs and a potential bio-bubble breach, posted a heartfelt birthday wish for his wife on microblogging site Twitter.

Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan got married on March 15 in Goa amid the presence of family and close friends. The couple posted pictures from their wedding on social media to break the news to their fans. The fast bowler took a break from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) during the bilateral series against England to tie the knot.

You are my person – Jasprit Bumrah for Sanjana Ganesan

The couple managed to keep their love stories behind the limelight while the fans continued to speculate. Ultimately, on March 15 both Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan made the revelation through a social media post. Meanwhile, Bumrah posted a heartfelt note for his wife on the occasion of her birthday along with a sweet picture of them.

“Happy birthday to the person who steals my heart everyday. You’re my person, I love you,” Jasprit Bumrah wrote in the caption.

Speaking about IPL 2021, Jasprit Bumrah was representing the defending champions Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2021 before BCCI and IPL Governing Council postponed the T20 tournament indefinitely. The decision came after four franchises reported positive Covid cases within their camp.

In the 14th edition of IPL, Bumrah managed to get six wickets from seven games but it was his economical spells in crunch situations that kept Mumbai Indians in the top half of the IPL 2021 points table. He is expected to be seen next during the ICC World Test Championship final scheduled to take place on June 18 in Southampton, England.
