Yesterday, The Delhi Capitals and Kings XI Punjab contested an absolute thriller in IPL 2020. After 40 overs nothing could separate the two sides as a super over had to be played out to determine a winner.

At one stage it looked as if Mayank Aggarwal will take his side home in an epic chase. However, when his side needed 1 run off 2 deliveries he was caught and the match was still unfinished. Next ball Stoinis delivered to Chris Jordan which he hit straight to the short square leg fielder and the scores where tied.

Come the super over, it was all about the Delhi Capitals fast bowler Kagiso Rabada. He dismissed both KL Rahul and Nicholas Pooran in the crucial over as KXIP could only make 3 runs. Delhi Capitals, in the end, finished off the match and KXIP suffered a heartbreaking loss in their season opener.

Talking about the super over loss there was one KXIP player that was the most frustrated. New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham whose side lost the world cup final courtesy of a super over was again irritated with after his franchise lost the match.

Soon after the match got over, Neesham took to twitter and hilariously reacted after losing an almost win match. The all-rounder shared a humorous meme that left everyone in splits on the popular social media platform.

Here’s What Jimmy Neesham Tweeted After The Loss in Super Over:

Meanwhile, Neesham was in the thick of things during the world cup final. He was at the other end when Martin Guptil had to score 2 runs of the final delivery to win the world cup for New Zealand. However, it wasn’t to be as he was run-out and England won the honours at Lord’s.
