Krunal Pandya was handed over his ODI cap before the toss between India and England at Pune. India -England face off in the first of the ODIs at this venue. Ahead of the game Krunal and Prasifh Krishna were handed over their ODI caps. Both teams are looking for a quick turnaround in a different format. Teams are packed with good players and a good and even contest is on the cards. England won the toss once again and asked India to bat first. The coin has not been Kohli’s friend in the limited-overs series so far.
Meanwhile, Kuldeep Yadav makes a return to the ODI squad after a long time. He played his last ODI against Australia after spending most of his time on the sidelines. The chinaman was not included in any of the T20Is after playing just one Test in the four-match series.

Krunal Pandya Get His ODI Cap From Hardik Pandya
Krunal Pandya was handed over his ODI cap from his younger brother Hardik. It was an emotional moment for the senior Pandya who remembered his father at the moment he was given the cap. He even waved it off towards the sky as a mark of respect to his father. The BCCI’s official Twitter handle posted a video of the same.

Prasidh Krishna was also presented with his OI cap after his consistent performances in domestic cricket. He picked up 14 wickets for Karnataka in the recent Vijay Hazare Trophy. Indian bowling coach Bharat Arun presented the tall pace his ODI cap
The return of Kuldeep Yadav into the squad was debatable after former Indian cricketers demanded his inclusion in the Indian playing XI. He was included in place of Yuzvendra Chahal. Kuldeep and Krunal are the two Indian specialist spinners in the side.
Meanwhile, Indian skipper Virat Kohli seemed very motivated in the team talk and was egging on his players. He earlier hinted that Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan will open in the first game.
