Ever since impressing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Mumbai Indians, Bumrah has hogged the headlines with his spectacular performances. He along with Sri Lanka’s Lasith Malinga have been one of the reasons behind Mumbai’s consistent success in the league.
Jasprit Bumrah reveals who has the best yorker
Recently, Bumrah heaped praise on the Sri Lankan superstar saying he has the best yorker in the place. More so, doing the same thing over a significant period of time make Malinga a great in the world currently.
“Malinga is the best yorker bowler in the world and has used it for such a long period of time to the best of his advantage,” Bumrah said according to a tweet by MI.
Speaking about the changes post COVID-19, Jasprit Bumrah admitted he is not thinking too much by the banning of hugs and high fives while celebrating. However, he stressed that there should be an alternative of saliva for the bowlers.
“I don’t know what guidelines we’ll have to follow when we come back, but I feel there should be an alternative. If the ball is not well maintained, it’s difficult for the bowlers,” Bumrah told Ian Bishop and Shaun Pollock on the ICC’s video series Inside Out interviews.
Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah has been doing a lot of household chores during this lockdown. Video of him cleaning the house went viral on the internet. However, he would now want to get back to the business and resume cricket and lead the charge for his country.
