Depends on your body type and your weight loss/weight gain goal. But its safe to eat 1-2 mangoes a day on a weight loss journey too!

WHEN AND HOW SHOULD THEY BE CONSUMED?

For any food, there is a particular combination and time that it should be consumed at for maximum benefits.

Similarly, for mangoes, the best time to eat it is either in the mornings, as soon as you wake up or as a pre-workout snack!

Do not eat mango (or any other fruit for that matter) post a heavy meal (eg- lunch/dinner etc). Eat it as a whole meal in itself. I feel they’re best enjoyed as mid-meal options!
