Recently, former Pakistan batsman Mohammad Yousuf hosted a question-answer session where he revealed the greatest cricketer of the current generation.

Yusuf has been a stalwart in Pakistan cricket leading their batting along with Younis Khan for almost a decade. He averages over 50 in Test cricket along with 9732 runs at an average of 41.7 in ODIs including 15 centuries and 64 fifties. Yousuf has also represented Pakistan in three T20I games.

A nightmare for the bowlers in his prime, the former Pakistani batsman revealed the greatest cricketer at the moment during the question-answer session. Also, Yousuf answered many other questions relating to cricket giving an opportunity to the fans to pick his brain. During that session, a fan asked, “One word @imVkohli.” Mohammad Yousuf was quick to respond and rated Kohli as the number 1 batsman.

“No 1 at the moment.great player,” Yusuf replied.

Meanwhile, India skipper has been the other name of consistency. He has made scoring runs look like a daily job for him and is currently the only batsman to average over 50 in all the three formats of the game. He also has the most number of centuries to his name after Sachin Tendulkar and stands close to breaking his record. Moreover, Virat Kohli has a lot other plethora of records to his name.

The current hot property in world cricket, Kohli; however, will be aiming to win the T20 World Cup, scheduled to take place later this year in Australia. India hasn’t had the opportunity to win an ICC event since 2013 and will be desperate to end the barren run.
