No child is ever old for any mother – Mother of MS Dhoni

The coronavirus outbreak brought most sports activities to a halt with players practising social distancing and self-isolation during the pandemic. Since then, MS Dhoni is spending his time with family at Ranchi. Though he stays away from social media, his wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni shared pictures and videos of him at times.

Speaking to bdcrictime, the 38-year-old cricketer’s mother said, “Yes, I have seen his new look but he’s not that old. No child is ever old for any mother.” “I am not sure about his playing the T20 World Cup. Let the coronavirus be over first. He knows it best when to take a call.”

Dhoni’s international future has been a major talking point since India’s semi-final loss to New Zealand in the Cricket World Cup last year. He was set to return to competitive cricket this summer with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL), but the ongoing coronavirus pandemic meant that the tournament was declared suspended, thereby prolonging his comeback.
