Pakistan announces ODI & T20 squad for West Indies Tour 2017

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the T20 & ODI squads for the upcoming tour to West Indies starting from March 26. Former Pakistan ODI captain Azhar Ali has been dropped from the ODI squad.

Sarfaraz Ahmed will lead the T20 & ODI squads. Kamran Akmal, Ahmed Shehzad and Sohail Tanveer have made a comeback in the 16-men squad.

“Umar Akmal is not in team because he could not pass fitness test, while Muhammad Amir has been rested for the tour,” PCB Chief Selector Inzamam-ul-Haq

Youngsters Shadab Khan, Fakhar Zaman, Usman Shinwari and Rumman Raees have also been selected for the tour after impressive showings in the recently concluded Pakistan Super League.
